The climate sector needs you
Climate organizations are hiring in very different conditions across regions, but the underlying challenge is consistent. Hiring processes are often unclear and unstructured, and teams are managing them alongside competing priorities, which makes it harder to assess candidates and make strong decisions.
We are running a pilot to address this directly by working with organizations during real hiring processes and connecting them to talent, testing what improves hiring in practice across contexts.
Who we are
Onboard Climate was founded in 2024 as a philanthropy-backed initiative. We aim to serve the public good by ensuring climate NGOs all over the world have the talent they need.
We’re launching a 2026 pilot across India, Southeast Asia, and the United States to test new approaches to climate hiring.
